I have experienced such grace from Yoga. It has held me soundly since I first encountered the practice. It’s not always easy, but it is always effective.

I owe my well-being largely to this practice and the unsurpassed teachers who have gifted me with their understanding and insight about this practice. I have taken on the burden of passing it along: Effort, action, reflection, assimilation, regurgitation. Whoever is willing to sincerely engage and explore is welcome to what I have to offer.

I am classically trained through a true mentorship of 18 years in Iyengar Yoga. Manouso Manos, Geeta Iyengar, Prashant Iyengar, and B.K.S. Iyengar have all been my teachers. I am constantly learning and unlearning what it means to wield this practice from my own perspective. Practice, reflect, synthesize, inspire, and repeat, not necessarily in that order.
